NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant District Manager / Area Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time on-site position presents an exciting opportunity to lead multiple restaurant locations while fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the vibrant hospitality industry.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of several restaurants ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering a positive work environment. Your contributions will be key in driving sales enhancing customer experience and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the companys vision for growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $85000 to $95000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations and ensure consistency across multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
  • Train mentor and develop restaurant management teams
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost and labor budgets
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 3 years of multi unit management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiencies
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop action plans
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the restaurant industry
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
