Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning execution and delivery of industrial projects ensuring they meet scope schedule budget and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership risk management and stakeholder communication to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities (DaytoDay Duties)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
Lead crossfunctional project teams coordinating engineering procurement production and external vendors.
Monitor project progress track milestones and adjust plans to address deviations.
Identify assess and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and contingency strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports dashboards and presentations to senior leadership.
Manage project budgets monitor expenditures and ensure financial compliance.
Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
MustHave Qualifications (Essential)
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related discipline.
35 years of proven project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time within budget and to required quality standards.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera Smartsheet) and standard office tools.
NicetoHave (Preferred) Qualifications
Professional Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Experience with ISO9001 OSHA regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
Background in managing external contractors and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with advanced budgeting and financial tracking tools.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in complex highstakes projects.
