The Role:

As Project Management Specialist you will provide project management expertise that ensures projects are planned executed and delivered in alignment with organizational standards timelines and budgets. You will partner closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze project data proactively manage risks and drive continuous improvement across project management practices. This role offers strong visibility opportunities for influence and the ability to mentor others while supporting highimpact business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of project plans schedules and milestones to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery.

  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to define project objectives scope and success metrics.

  • Monitor project performance using data analysis and reporting to identify risks issues and improvement opportunities.

  • Proactively manage project risks dependencies and change requests while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate project status insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through meetings and written reports.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by mentoring project team members and strengthening project management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience providing exposure to core business and project management principles.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting data analysis to support project decisionmaking and performance tracking.

  • Knowledge of market research or competitive analysis techniques.

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching project team members.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and quality assurance practices.
