Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description:
- 8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery managing scope schedule budget risks quality and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive projects in alignment with PMO governance standards and best practices.
- Partner with CIOs VPs business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare executive-level status reports presentations and decision-ready deliverables.
- Manage implementation partners and vendors ensuring adherence to contractual commitments timelines and quality standards.
- Identify project risks dependencies and issues proactively providing mitigation strategies and timely escalations.
- Utilize Smartsheet for project planning tracking and reporting; experience with Microsoft Project Jira Asana or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Apply knowledge of data governance financial planning and system optimization to support delivery excellence.
- Lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 8 years of enterprise project management experience.
- PMP Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors and third-party implementation partners.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet and modern project management tools.
- Excellent leadership organizational risk management and problem-solving abilities.
