E2E
- Support governance for Industrialization of an Order and Production Schedule pillars
- Project management support for Final Delivery
- Project management / process mapping / documentation for Delivery Reliability Deep Dive
New Programs / One PDP
- Involvement in Blue / Yellow arrow meetings for specific programs (S13 Hybrid ARV TEESA)
- Gather and coordinate Logistics deliverables
- TRATON collaboration
- Logistics Input to Sourcing swim lane
- Project Management swim lane
Process Mapping and Documentation support as needed
