- You will support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized current and complete.
- Manage RFIs submittals logs and drawing updates
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Ensure information flows reliably between office and field
- You will help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans
- Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items
- You will help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
- Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
- Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate progress reporting
- You will support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain procurement and material logs

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and technical documents

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore Bluebeam or scheduling tools preferred
