TEF1 Project Leader

Job Summary
The Project Leader is responsible for coordinating and executing Non-PIF improvement projects within the ONE TEF organization. This position drives activities related to automation digitalization layout optimization and technical improvements aligned with departmental objectives. The Project Leader ensures that assigned projects are properly planned executed and closed following Bosch project governance budget control and reporting standards.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Project Execution and Coordination Lead and execute Non-PIF projects focused on process improvement automation and digitalization across TEF departments. Ensure proper scope definition resource allocation and milestone achievement. Guarantee alignment with Bosch governance and deliver results within budget and timeline.
- Project Planning and Scheduling Define timelines deliverables and resource requirements according to project charters. Maintain accurate planning data in Bosch PM tools (e.g. PMQ MS Project). Align schedules and dependencies with internal stakeholders and TEF management.
- Technical Integration and Collaboration Collaborate with technical experts maintenance and digital transformation teams to validate solutions. Support cross-functional workshops to evaluate process or layout feasibility. Ensure seamless communication between engineering TEF functions and suppliers.
- Monitoring Reporting and Risk Management Track project progress and identify risks or deviations in scope cost or timing. Prepare and present project status to management escalating blockers when required. Implement risk-mitigation actions following Bosch PM standards.
- Documentation and Lessons Learned Maintain all project documentation including reports change logs and approvals. Conduct post-project reviews to capture improvement opportunities. Ensure documentation compliance with PM governance templates.
- Standardization and Knowledge Sharing Promote the adoption of Bosch project management standards and templates. Support continuous improvement of PM practices and tools within TEF. Share lessons learned and best practices across departments to strengthen project culture.
Qualifications :
Required Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Industrial Management or a related field. 6 years
