Project Coordinator Elkhart IN
This temporary project opportunity is expected to last approximately 3.54 months with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. This role will support BOM validation ticket management and cross-functional coordination related to supply chain and financial impacts within a manufacturing environment. Hours are MondayFriday either 7:00am4:00pm or 8:00am5:00pm with flexibility on lunch schedule.
The company is seeking someone who is analytical detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating across departments to help identify track and resolve BOM-related issues. This position plays an important role in keeping projects organized supporting process improvements and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the workflow process.
Job Duties:
Managing and prioritizing a queue of reported BOM defects and workflow tickets
Reviewing and validating submitted issues for accuracy and completeness
Determining root cause ownership and routing issues to the appropriate departments
Creating test quotes and orders to help replicate and analyze reported defects
Capturing screenshots and maintaining documentation for tracking and audit purposes
Monitoring ticket statuses to ensure timely progression and visibility
Collaborating cross-functionally to support issue resolution and process improvements
Supporting coordination efforts related to supply chain and financial impacts tied to BOM discrepancies
Maintaining organized records and assisting with overall project tracking
Requirements:
Previous experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable using Excel computer systems and screen capture tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
