Job Summary

Job Title: Program & Project Management

Job Location: Avon Lake OH (5 days onsite)

Job Duration: Contract

Manage endtoend infrastructure project delivery from initiation to closure
Plan schedule monitor and control project activities to meet timelines and budgets
Define project scope objectives and resource requirements
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams network cloud security support
Manage project budgets forecasts and resource allocation
Identify risks issues and dependencies and drive mitigation plan
Ensure SLAKPI compliance as per client and contract requirements
Drive stakeholder communication status reporting and governance meetings
Handle scope changes escalations and critical issue resolution
Manage onsiteoffshore teams vendors and thirdparty coordination
Track project progress using project management tools and dashboards
Ensure adherence to ITIL quality and audit compliance processes
Support RFPs estimations and transition activities for new projects
Drive continuous improvement and remove delivery roadblocks
