Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Technical Program Manager! We are at the forefront of transforming how leadership accesses vital operational data. Were looking for a talented Technical Program Manager III to lead this transformative initiative and drive operational excellence at the highest level. Our strategic executive-facing platform provides real-time insights into Data Center activities covering supply chain capacity planning energy management financials security and compliance. Recently migrated to the innovative Nest platform it now features enhanced access controls and seamless data integrations empowering faster and smarter decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development execution and delivery of the IDC Leadership Dashboard roadmap ensuring the team delivers on committed milestones across Product Engineering Data Science and Data Engineering workstreams.
- Lead daily stand-ups to track progress surface blockers and ensure team alignment on priorities.
- Manage the product backlog including open bugs feature requests and enhancement items ensuring consistent progress and prioritization.
- Coordinate weekly status updates to IDC leadership ensuring dashboard commentary is accurate timely and reflects the latest data and business context.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product Engineering Data Science Data Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements data quality and delivery timelines.
- Own the change control process ensuring all dashboard content changes receive appropriate sign-off from IDC leads.
- Track and communicate risks dependencies and escalations that could impact delivery or data accuracy.
- Ensure communications cadence is maintained including stakeholder roadshows feedback loops and coordination with business area owners (DC Supply Energy Operations Cost NRTU Pipeline).
- Support data governance processes by coordinating with data owners to ensure data maturity improvements across business areas.
- 5-7 Years of experience is required.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
