Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ProgramDelivery Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of complex software initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration manage program risks and dependencies and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Execution Define program scope objectives milestones and success metrics. Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple teams. Drive end-to-end execution of software development programs from concept through launch.
• Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Engineering Product Management Design QA Security Operations and Business stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment among distributed and global teams.
• Lead program reviews status meetings and executive updates.
• Delivery Management Track project schedules resource allocation dependencies and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish program governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify program risks blockers and dependencies.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution.
• Develop contingency plans for schedule or scope impacts.
• Stakeholder Communication Communicate program status risks and key decisions to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Technical Program Management Program Management or Software Delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale software development programs in a product-based organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Kanban and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud platforms distributed systems or enterprise software products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred. PMP PgMP Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
• Experience with SaaS AI/ML cloud infrastructure or platform products.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Smartsheet or Asana. Experience managing global engineering teams.
