Job Summary
As a Program Manager in our Enterprise Engineering organization you will lead the execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will shape the future of enterprise productivity tools and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise solutions across Amazons internal tools.
This includes defining program scope building execution plans managing dependencies across teams and ensuring delivery against milestones. Youll coordinate between engineering product design and business stakeholders to keep programs on track and remove blockers as they arise.
In addition to program execution you will establish mechanisms for tracking progress escalating risks and communicating status to senior leadership. A crucial aspect of your role will be driving alignment across diverse teams facilitating decision-making and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing program timelines running operating rhythms (standups reviews retrospectives) identifying and mitigating risks and reporting on program health. Youll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from kickoff through launch ensuring clear ownership at every stage. Additionally youll develop communication plans create process documentation and establish mechanisms for measuring program outcomes and operational efficiency.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
