The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning coordination and execution of organizational programs and initiatives. This role ensures projects and operational activities are completed efficiently by managing schedules communications documentation and cross-functional coordination.
The Program Coordinator works closely with internal teams external stakeholders and leadership to maintain program effectiveness and support strategic goals in a fully remote environment.
This is a fully remote position; however applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate program activities timelines and deliverables
Support planning and execution of projects meetings and events
Track program progress and maintain project documentation
Prepare reports presentations and status updates for stakeholders
Manage communication between departments vendors and external partners
Schedule meetings maintain calendars and coordinate logistics
Monitor budgets invoices and resource allocation as needed
Identify operational issues and assist with problem resolution
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Project Management or related field
25 years of experience in program coordination project support or administrative operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Experience coordinating multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana Trello or Jira
Experience with reporting and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Slack or Zoom
Knowledge of Agile project management or operational workflows
Experience in nonprofit education healthcare technology or corporate environments
