Overview

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage complex applications documentation compliance requirements and project submissions.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish navigate detailed program requirements coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure critical filings and reports are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is analytical thorough proactive and comfortable becoming an expert in complex processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects and submissions from start to finish

Coordinate with clients vendors and other stakeholders to gather information and keep projects on track

Review applications reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance

Track deadlines approvals and outstanding requirements

Learn and navigate complex program requirements and processes

Solve problems identify issues and ensure projects are completed successfully

Qualifications

3 years of experience in either project coordination compliance operations mortgage processing accounting support permitting underwriting or similar detail-oriented environments

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable learning technical information and complex regulations

Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability

Ideal Backgrounds

Mortgage processing or underwriting

Accounting tax or compliance support

Permit expediting or construction administration

Operations or project coordination

Regulatory or documentation-heavy environments

Any role where accuracy compliance and ownership were critical to success
