Helps prepare snack and activities
Assists in the maintenance of an attractive and clean learning environment
Assists in data keeping as prescribed by site coordinator or Program Manager
Assists in preparation of teaching aids and/or material
Assists in implementing behavioral programs under direction of Assistant Supervisor and Program Director
Maintains strict confidentiality. Does not relate any information to parents or other personnel outside the school environment.
Meets frequently with Site supervisor for purposes of planning and delivery of instructional support.
Attends all required meetings called by the Site Supervisor
Functions as an integral member of program staff
Must establish and maintain a positive working relationship with district personnel
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to eectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to students parents and patrons.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Reading Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates and or Licenses:
Certificates and licenses are not required for this position.
