Our three divisions Engineering and Test Technical Services and Mission Systems make DTB a diverse and welcoming place to work and thrive.

With the growing demand for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance solutions that enable timely and informed decision-making the Missions Systems Division integrates cutting-edge products and intelligent systems for military ISR aircraft and ground systems.

We provide mobile Mission Systems and Solutions with a full range of aircraft modification capabilities to support critical missions. DTB has the engineering expertise to understand system requirements for design prototyping production and mission support needs delivering solutions for mission-critical programs.

The Program Analyst will provide direct support to the Senior Program Manager in the execution of program activities. This role is responsible for assisting with project coordination financial tracking scheduling and customer communication to ensure successful program performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the Program Manager in developing and maintaining integrated Maser Schedules (MIS) using Microsoft Project.
• Track and analyze program budgets funding and cost performance
• Assist in monitoring contract requirements including CDRLs and SOW compliance
• Prepare and maintain program status reports briefs and dashboards
• Support development of projects schedules and resource forecasts
• Coordinate with engineering finance and subcontractors to track deliverables and milestones
• Assist in responding to customer data calls and reporting requirements
• Maintain program documentation and ensure alignment with internal processes and DoD standards

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a technical business or management field; or AS degree with 4 yrs of related experience
• United States Citizenship Required
• Able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance required
• Experience supporting DoD programs or government contracts
• Familiarity with program scheduling cost tracking or earned value concepts
• Understanding of CDRLs SOWs and contract compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
