In this role you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for planning and managing plant operations including manufacturing stamping and tool room functions.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $80000-$90000/Yr. depending on experience
- Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
- 7 years of experience
- Plan manage and coordinate production operations to ensure projects are completed on time
- Project labor and facility requirements based on sales forecasts
- Manage coordination of daily production requirements such as staffing machinery and product to be shipped
- Manage a team
- Promote safety and quality standards
- Interact with internal departments vendors customers etc.
- Plan and establish work assignments
- Help with strategic business planning
