As our next Production Manager youll be at the forefront of overseeing daily manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency quality and safety compliance. Your expertise in manufacturing operations and leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production excellence.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to meet production targets quality standards and on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency scrap rates downtime) and implement corrective actions
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Six Sigma 5S)
- Collaborate with engineering supply chain quality and maintenance teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Train mentor and develop team members while ensuring safety and policy compliance
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability and scalability
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing management (automotive or electromechanical preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills including root cause analysis
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
- Experience in high-volume production environments
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 practices
