Production Coordinator

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Coordinator to join our Production Riverside team.

• Ensure smooth operation of production processes and coordinate with procurement logistics and quality control departments.
• Develop and implement processes to verify production flow results against schedules and identify discrepancies.
• Verify SAP transactions and production data entries to ensure accuracy between recorded and actual production counts and labels.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
• Close work orders for all production lines including Galileo and verify labor entries against supporting documentation.
• Schedule and maintain records of equipment maintenance repairs and preventive measures using the FIIX system.
• Participate in the plants safety program and maintain compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma required.
• Data entry skills high volume and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong Proficiency in Excel
• PC proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance. 
• SAP proficiency a must.
• Self-motivated and able to establish and maintain effective working relations.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
