Overview:

Overview

The Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying analyzing and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency quality and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows reduce waste and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements monitor outcomes and ensure the sustainability of improvements.

  • Support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analyze current processes identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance identify trends and evaluate the impact of changes.

  • Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.

  • Monitor the success of implemented process changes ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.

  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings outcomes and recommendations to senior management.

Education

  • BLD - Bachelors Level Degree preferred

Certification/Licensure

  • Lean six Sigma certification Preferred

Experience

  • 3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management

  • 5 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree.
