Job Summary

Job Title: Snowflake Technical Lead
Experience: 12 Years
Location:Local to San Antonio TX / New York NY only

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Snowflake solution design architecture and development.
Manage Snowflake production support root cause analysis and month-end closing activities.
Design and optimize Snowflake schemas tables views Streams Tasks and Snowpipes.
Implement Snowflake security (RBAC data masking row/column-level security).
Build batch and near real-time data pipelines using Talend Snowpipe and ELT frameworks.
Enable AI/ML use cases using Snowpark (Python) Cortex AI and external ML platforms.
Lead offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

12 years of Data Engineering / Analytics experience.
8 years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support.
Snowflake (Advanced SQL Streams Tasks Snowpipe Performance Tuning Security).
Cortex AI.
Python / Snowpark.
Talend ETL.
AWS Cloud.
Strong SQL and Data Engineering concepts.
4 years of P&C Insurance experience.
Experience with Month-End Closing activities.
4 years of Technical Lead experience.
