Physical Therapist

School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) up to $55 per hour Part Time or Full Time Springfield MO 2026-2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Springfield Missouri. Whether youre an experienced school-based PT or just beginning your school therapy journey wed love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

• Competitive pay (up to $55/hr)
• Location: Springfield MO
• Position: Physical Therapist (PT) School Setting
• Setting: In-person K12 public school environment
• August 2026-June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based PT services including assessments treatment and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Missouri PT license
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) MoPro License
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
