Occupational Therapist - Nursing Home- San Angelo TX
cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist. SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!
- $70 hour DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)
- Schedule 8 am to 5pm M-F with some flexibility to do assessments
Responsibilities:
- Complete Occupational therapy assessments.
- Perform treatments creates home based plans monitoring of plans for implementation and effectiveness..
- Attend client centered meetings or provides information when needed.
- Performs skills based competency training for staff
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills including participating in team meetings training clients and staff and quality electronic record documentation.
Requirements
- All certifications must be current and remain as such while providing services at the Facility
- Maintain current Occupational Therapist license with the State of Texas. Maintain CEUs for licensure.
- Must be in good standing with Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
