Certified Hand Therapist OT

Were looking for an innovative and collaborative clinician to help us expand our hand therapy department.

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand wrist elbow and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based occupational and hand therapy techniques.
• Provide patient education to improve outcomes and encourage long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to a positive patient-centered clinic culture.

Qualifications :

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy manual therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
