The Enterprise Service Applications (ESA) Payroll Digital Technology Services team is looking to add a Payroll Support Analyst to the an exciting and challenging role for the right individual someone that thrives in an environment where theres no playbook isnt afraid of day to day change and is eager to roll up their sleeves solve problems and role will support our US payroll as a team on production support activities through participation in deployment from the initial concept phase through full roll-out to our customers of will be an opportunity to shape and influence the development methods working in collaboration with world class partners and customers.

What You Will Do:

• Interprets business challenges; recommends best practices; understands client objectives and financials.

• Acts as SME/mentor; leads teams/projects; influences change; drives process improvements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

• Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.

• Strong Time management and self-motivation skills

• Self starter adaptable detail oriented strategic thinker

• Experience with large projects/implementations

• Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables

Location:

Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
