BUSINESS ANALYST

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business data and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to business problems

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management

- Monitor and track project progress ensuring timely completion and delivery

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
