BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by analyzing data identifying trends and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions

- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner

- Participate in project planning and management to ensure successful implementation of initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
