We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager with hands on experience in leading end-to-end implementation upgrade and transformation engagements across Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation lifecycles ensuring adherence to deployment methodologies
• Oversee project planning budgeting forecasting and engagement profitability.
• Manage project scope proactively monitor for scope creep and execute rigorous change management processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client delivery stakeholder negotiations and escalation management.
• Lead client workshops design governance discussions and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Mentor coach and manage a globally distributed team of functional and technical consultants.
• Promote best practices in cloud adoption continuous improvement and quarter-update readiness.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging new capabilities within the Oracle Cloud portfolio.

Functional Leadership (SCM & Finance)

• Provide high-level functional oversight across core modules including:
• Finance Focus: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• SCM Focus: Procurement Inventory Order Management Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Drive requirements discovery process assessments fit-gap analyses and solution designs ensuring alignment with Oracle leading practices.
• Oversee integrations with related business systems (e.g. OIC Reporting/BIP/OTBI) conversions and data migrations.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• 10 years in Oracle ERP project management with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically focused on managing large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance applications. Previous hands-on implementation experience is highly preferred
• Proven expertise using project planning tools (e.g. MS Project) and deployment frameworks (Oracle OUM AIM).
• Exceptional executive communication stakeholder management negotiation and conflict resolution skills
