Job Summary**

Oversee daily warehouse operations and a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of medical-surgical product orders from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM until completion of daily tasks. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety productivity and customer service.

Location: Tolleson AZ

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise train and mentor a team of warehouse associates including performance management and scheduling.
* Monitor and manage daily operational workflows including receiving put-away picking packing and shipping processes to meet performance targets.
* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. OSHA FDA).
* Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility and equipment identifying and reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory control activities.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g. customer service transportation) to ensure seamless operations.
* Prepare and present operational reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
* Perform hands-on warehouse duties as required to support the team and meet operational goals.

Job Qualifications**
*Typically requires 3 years ofsubject matter experienceincluding exhibiting leadership
capabilities
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
* 3 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until daily tasks are completed which may include overtime.
* Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
* Knowledge of medical-surgical products or pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.
