We are currently seeking a full-timeOffice Coordinatorto join our team at Lawrence Correctional Centerlocated in Sumner Illinois.
The Office Coordinator under the direct supervision of Site Manager assists in the day to day administration of the medical unit through compiling drafting preparing researching organizing tracking and monitoring of goals and operations of the health care unit. Supervises clerical staff; provides general secretarial and receptionist services as assigned.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4pm
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Two years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in the use of office equipment
- Prior management and/or corrections experience preferred
- Must be organized detail oriented and possess effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Advanced typing skills
