Job Description

Lead enterprise network operations ensuring availability and resilience of data and voice networks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own LAN WAN and firewall operations.
• Lead incident problem and change management.
• Act as escalation for network incidents.
• Coordinate with network vendors and service providers.
• Support DR and resilience planning.

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• Network Operations (LAN / WAN)
• Firewalls
• ITSM Governance

SECONDARY SKILLS:

• Voice / Telecom Networks
