Job Summary
Rigger Data Center Construction
Location: SterlingVirginia
Pay:30-40hr
Schedule: MondayFriday 5055 hours/week
Position Type: Direct Hire
We are hiring experienced Riggers for large-scale data center construction projects in Sterling VA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mission-critical construction team supporting complex lifts and heavy equipment operations on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient rigging operations on construction sites
- Inspect rigging gear and equipment prior to use
- Assist with load handling signaling and material placement
- Work closely with crane operators and site crews
- Follow OSHA regulations and all site safety procedures
- Support daily construction activities in fast-paced environments
Required Qualifications
- NCCCO Rigger Certification
- NCCCO Signal Person Certification
- OSHA 30 preferred
(Candidates with strong rigging experience and NCCCO certifications will still be considered without OSHA 30.)
Preferred Experience
- Data center or commercial construction experience
- Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of rigging safety standards
- Ability to work overtime as needed
