Location

Reno Nevada Full-time on-site opportunity where youll lead commercial construction projects while working closely with field and office teams.

Applicants must have 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required.

Job Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors consultants and internal project teams.
• Monitor project costs quality and schedule performance.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Review plans specifications contracts and change orders.
• Maintain strong communication with owners architects subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and to company quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing project schedules budgets and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify construction issues and implement effective solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
