Location

Las Vegas Nevada Full-time on-site role where youll work closely with project teams and clients while leading exciting commercial construction projects.

Note

Applicants must have 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required.

Job Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning scheduling budgeting and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors consultants and internal project teams.
• Monitor project costs schedules quality and safety performance.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Review project plans specifications contracts and change orders.
• Maintain strong communication with clients owners architects and field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing project schedules budgets and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify project issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
