Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your workday and solving problems independently We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple commercial facilities throughout the Tulsa region. This is a field-based position that offers a company vehicle tools and the opportunity to work on a wide range of building systems and repairs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong building maintenance experience who enjoys traveling to different sites troubleshooting issues and keeping facilities operating at their best.

What Youll Do

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work across multiple facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair doors hardware outlets lighting systems and building fixtures.
• Replace toilets and complete basic plumbing repairs.
• Perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Complete interior maintenance tasks including office furniture repairs hanging fixtures and minor carpentry.
• Assist with painting locksmith work tenant service requests and other facility-related projects.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Move furniture equipment and materials as needed.
• Document completed work repairs and materials used.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures regulations and maintenance standards.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience in commercial building maintenance facilities maintenance or general repair work.
• Experience with basic plumbing including toilet replacements and fixture repairs.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• General carpentry door repair and building maintenance skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Tulsa area and surrounding regions occasionally driving up to 3 hours from Tulsa. All travel is currently completed within the same day with no overnight stays required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely use ladders up to 30 feet.
• Ability to frequently bend kneel climb lift and drive throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a technical or trade school training program.
• Experience working in commercial facilities environments.
