Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician / Junior Systems Administrator to provide technical support maintain IT infrastructure and ensure seamless technology operations for end users. This role combines hands-on technical support with system administration responsibilities making it ideal for professionals looking to grow their careers in IT.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops laptops printers software applications and network connectivity issues.
- Install configure troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Create modify and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Assist with Windows Server administration and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Manage and maintain printers peripherals and related equipment.
- Respond to help desk requests and document resolutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects upgrades and technology initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to end users while meeting established service levels.
- Assist with technology support during special events and organizational initiatives.
Required
- Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing desktop help desk or technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Windows Server administration experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with printer management and network-attached devices.
- Knowledge of scripting automation or basic web technologies.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A Network Microsoft ITIL or related certifications.
