About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and production equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on industrial machine repair experience and a strong understanding of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and plant equipment

Diagnose equipment failures identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

Replace defective mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and electronic components

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures and schedules

Read and interpret schematics blueprints technical drawings specifications and equipment manuals

Utilize hand tools power tools testing instruments and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery

Maintain accurate maintenance records repair logs and equipment documentation

Assist with equipment modifications upgrades and process improvement initiatives

Support production operations by responding to equipment breakdowns and technical issues

Gather compile and maintain technical data while performing detailed troubleshooting and analysis

Communicate equipment concerns and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency

Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians and maintenance personnel as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of industrial machine repair and maintenance experience

Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing or production equipment

Ability to read and interpret electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices

Experience using diagnostic tools testing equipment and standard maintenance instruments

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently under moderate supervision and manage multiple priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Technical diploma vocational training or certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Technology Electrical Technology Mechatronics or a related field

Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and production systems

Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems

Experience with process improvement root cause analysis and equipment optimization initiatives
