Job Title: Tech Lead / Lead Developer - Agentic AI (LLM & Multi-Agent Systems)

Location: Remote (Must work EST Hours)
Duration: Long-Term Contract (2 Years)
Interview: 3 Virtual Rounds (2 Technical 1 Leadership)

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Lead Developer - Agentic AI to lead the design development and deployment of next-generation AI applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will lead a team of 4-5 developers while actively contributing to architecture coding and implementation of production-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has real-world experience building and deploying Agentic AI and LLM-based applications strong software engineering fundamentals and expertise across the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). This is not a DevOps or Data Science rolewe need a developer who has successfully implemented AI solutions in production.

• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers while remaining hands-on with development.
• Design develop and deploy production-grade LLM and multi-agent AI applications.
• Build scalable AI services using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Develop and integrate AI APIs webhooks and backend services.
• Design AI architectures and ensure high-quality scalable implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker Kubernetes Git and CI/CD.
• Optimize AI application performance monitoring and production deployments.
• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and technical leadership activities.

• 10 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python FastAPI or Flask.
• Extensive experience implementing Agentic AI LLMs and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience designing and deploying production AI applications.
• Strong understanding of the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).
• Experience building AI APIs integrations and webhook-based services.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application integration.
• Experience with Git Docker Kubernetes and production deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI application deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

• Experience building AI-driven business intelligence or recommendation platforms.
• Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

• Genuine production-level Agentic AI implementation experience.
• Experience building AI applications without relying solely on AI coding assistants.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining an active individual contributor.
• Strong architecture coding and delivery mindset.
• Available to start within 2 weeks.
• Comfortable working EST business hours.
