The Technical Part:

• Associate Degree with two (2) years of experience in industrial mechanics within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Project Management skills.
• Shift:Administrative shiftaccording to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Troubleshooting knowledge ofelectronic and mechanical components equipment or systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Performs corrective preventive and predictive maintenance for Parenteral Manufacturing equipment.
• Supports the Parenteral Technicians inproblem-solving and troubleshooting ofParenteral Manufacturing equipment.
• Performs Equipment Condition-BasedMonitoring monitorscritical process parameters and utilizes predictive technologies to proactively take the necessary action to prevent process deviation and/or product losses. Interacts with computer-controlledequipment and processes.
• Follows the job plans documentsand completescorrective preventive predictive documentation legible error-freeand on time following good documentation practices through the computerized system (MAXIMO). and revises and improves predictive and preventive job plans for the Parenteral Manufacturing equipmentbased on observations experience and technical data.
• Assures thespare parts inventory for Parenteral Manufacturing equipment.
• Attends to all mandatory training meetings for cGMPs EHS and Company Policies.
• Participates and assists in the resolution of quality investigations. Reconcile data and prepare computerized documents to provide support to quality investigations or similar documents as required.
• Assists in on-the-jobtraining for new employees.
• Maintains housekeeping within controlledand aseptic environments according to procedures.
• Handles Hazardous and non-hazardouswaste according to EHS procedures.
• Participates in special projects and during audits and regulatory inspections as required.
• Participates in and assists in Parenteral Operations FMEAs Root Cause Analysis validation and qualification activities.
• Assists maintenance activities in other areas within operations as required.
