Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Masking Technicians in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This entry-level role is responsible for applying protective masking materials to precision aerospace components prior to processing and finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Apply masking materials such as tape plugs caps and paper to designated areas of aerospace components
Verify parts are clean damage-free and properly prepared before processing
Read and follow work instructions and production documentation
Perform basic visual inspections to ensure masking requirements are met
Use basic measuring tools as needed
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Follow all safety quality and production procedures
Support team members and production goals as needed
Qualifications
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to read and write English
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
Previous manufacturing assembly production or warehouse experience
Experience using basic measuring tools
