What you will do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded intern to support our marketing and customer experience team for our Sustainable Infrastructure business at Johnson Controls. This paid summer internship offers hands-on experience focusing on data management analytics and operational support to enhance marketing effectiveness and improve decision-making across campaigns content and strategic market planning. This is an ideal opportunity for a student pursuing business analytics marketing analytics or a related field who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.

• Pursuit of a bachelors degree in business analytics marketing data science or related field

• Exhibits professionalism maturity and confidence when engaging with senior team members

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

• Strong communication skills for coordinating data validation with stakeholders

• Interest in marketing analytics and performance tracking

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) Excel / data analysis tools SharePoint or content management systems

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.00 - $22.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledgeskills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
