Marketing & Recruitment Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary HireFrontier is hiring a Marketing & Recruitment Administrative Coordinator to support staffing operations coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns and manage client/candidate engagement ideal for someone who thrives on variety and multitasking.
Responsibilities Assist planning/executing recruitment marketing campaigns
Support employer branding job ad distribution and outreach
Create/update job postings on ZipRecruiter Indeed LinkedIn and other boards
Develop email campaigns newsletters and promotional materials
Track campaign performance and applicant flow reporting
Coordinate between recruiters clients and candidates for scheduling
Manage job requisitions pipelines and interview scheduling
Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records
Support onboarding coordination
Provide day-to-day admin support to sales and recruiting teams
Prepare presentations reports and documentation
Manage calendars meetings and recruitment webinars
Support data entry and KPI tracking
Assist with proposals client presentations and staffing documentation
Support lead tracking and pipeline management
Identify ways to improve recruitment marketing efficiency
Preferred Attributes Employer branding and recruitment marketing knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with recruiters clients and partners
Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Marketing Business HR Communications or equivalent
01 year in admin support recruitment coordination staffing HR or marketing
Job board/ATS knowledge preferred (ZipRecruiter experience a plus)
Strong organization and multitasking
Excellent written/verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams/Zoom
Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced staffing environment
