Sr. Data Scientist
In this role you will
- Support analytical workflow enablement sustainment and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise
- Lead application of advanced analytical techniques including artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to extract insights from Mission Assurance data
- Utilize enterprise data platform capabilities to support analytics automation and decision-making
- Support configuration and use of Government-directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis monitoring reporting and automation
- Develop dashboards monitoring views and analytical models supporting senior leader decision-making
- Additional duties as assigned
- Over 10 years in any career field discipline or industry
- Deep hands-on experience developing applications in Palantir Foundry preferred
- Background in data science machine learning or computational modeling preferred
- Experience translating complex analytical outputs into decision-support products for senior DoD leaders preferred
- Masters Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in any field
- Palantir Foundry Application Developer Certification (required)
- Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
- CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
- OCONUS travel may be required (e.g. EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior with Theater Business Clearances)
- Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
- Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
