We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator you will assist in planning coordinating and executing various types of events including corporate meetings conferences social gatherings and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events from concept through execution.
• Communicate with clients vendors and venues to ensure all event needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas invitations and promotional content.
• Coordinate logistics including catering transportation accommodations and audiovisual setup.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and update project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
