The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for identifying handling and documenting production materials in compliance with company procedures. This role requires accurate data entry inventory management and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth material flow and production efficiency.
Essential Job Duties
Identify all products in the warehouse including PTFE Material Identification Codes and finished product codes.
Accurately apply labeling instructions including Shamrock Labeling Instructions and barcode production label printing.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Results system.
Conduct cycle counts to detect and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
Demonstrate knowledge of material flow from receiving through production to final shipment.
Resolve discrepancies in material inventory accurately and in a timely manner.
Understand shipping and production requirements in coordination with New Jersey operations.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts once properly certified.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry.
The ability to read understand and follow written instructions and procedures is required.
Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety and a strong safety record.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Prolonged exposure to loud noises.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
Capability to bend reach and climb ladders.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to traverse property and facility.
Dexterity in hands and feet to operate forklift controls with precision.
Required to wear PPE in the plant and complete safety training.
