Masters Degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP SPHR) preferred.7 years of progressive experience in talent management learning & development organizational development or related HR functions is required with at least 2 years in a leadership or management knowledge of learning principles instructional design leadership development and performance management leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations is Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office location in the greater Philadelphia PA area.
