Location:Overland Park Kansas. Primarily on-site with a flexible collaborative culture that supports teamwork client engagement and professional development.

Note:Applicants must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and at least 6 years of municipal transportation engineering experience.

Job Description

• Lead municipal transportation engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Develop project scopes schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Manage project teams while mentoring engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with municipalities government agencies contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Oversee project budgets contracts schedules and funding coordination.
• Ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6 years of municipal transportation engineering experience.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing project budgets schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
