Job Summary:The primary responsibility is to lead the team that delivers person centered care and services to those we support in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose for existing We believe the world shines brighter when people with developmental disabilities achieve their full all the minimum federal experience requirements for a QIDPoutlined in 42 CFR 483.430Essential Duties: % Of Role DescriptionTalent Leadership & Results (60%)As a leader of teams and individuals alignsthe passion and talents of others to serve the people we support by actively developing others empowering teams promoting collaboration removing barriers achieving results showing recognition and appreciation to attract and retain diverse talentand achieve high levels of engagement.
