Full-Time On-Site Position

For over 30 years the Comedy Barn has been one of the Smoky Mountains most beloved family entertainment destinations welcoming thousands of guests each week for world-class comedy music and unforgettable memories. We are looking for an energetic hospitality-driven leader to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
The Front of House / Manager on Duty role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily guest service operations while helping manage retail and concessions inventory front-of-house staff support and overall guest satisfaction throughout each performance day.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment enjoys leading a team and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house and guest service operations
- Ensure guests receive a welcoming professional and memorable experience
- Maintain and manage all retail and concessions ordering/inventory
- Assist with supervision and support of front-of-house team members
- Handle guest concerns and operational needs with professionalism and urgency
- Support show operations before during and after performances
- Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation standards throughout guest areas
- Assist with administrative duties reporting and operational coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in customer-facing or guest service roles
- Previous supervisor leadership or management experience required
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments
- Self-motivated dependable and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience with Yellowdog inventory systems
- Experience with Clover POS systems
Position Requirements:
- Full-Time On-Site position
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons and busy periods
- Weekend holiday and schedule flexibility is required
- Applicants must be local to the Pigeon Forge area (within approximately 1 hour) or willing to relocate
- Relocation stipend is not provided
