Maintenance Supervisor

• Pay: $46-$48/hr (based on experience) year end bonus
• Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00am-5:30pm (schedule can vary)

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville PA facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability minimizing downtime and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities including preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and emergency repairs across all shifts.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities through work order system.
• Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
• Train maintenance personnel ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures LOTO and company policies.
• Lead breakdown response efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults monitor inputs/outputs and support production troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures.
• Support welding fabrication and equipment modifications as needed.
• Manage and oversee outside contractors vendors and service providers performing work onsite.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience in welding and fabrication
• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation (preferred).
• Ability to support multiple shifts
• Experience with Microsoft Office CMMS & ERP systems
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
